Here are links to two radio websites that have short guides for writing audio stories. You may find that you like one more than the other, but both cover the same ground.
The first is a guide posted by KDRT in Davis, Calif. The second is a guide posted by B-Side Radio, which includes a sample script. We'll also discuss these suggestions in class.
